Service Description
WhatsBoost.lk provides digital marketing services specifically designed to increase the visibility and member count of WhatsApp Groups and Channels. We use organic and promotional methods to direct real Sri Lankan users to your provided links.

Orders and Payments
All services must be paid for in full before commencement.
We accept Bank Transfers and other methods as displayed at checkout.
You must provide accurate information (Link, Name, WhatsApp Number) at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Delivery Policy
We prioritize the safety of your group/channel. Therefore, we do not use "instant bots" that can get your group banned.
Timeframe: The minimum estimated time to complete an order is 72 hours (3 days). Larger orders may take longer.
Organic Speed: Members are added gradually to mimic natural growth.
Delays: Delays can occur due to WhatsApp updates or network issues. Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund unless they exceed 10 business days.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy on Started Orders
Once a marketing campaign has been queued or started, ad costs are incurred immediately. Therefore:
No Refunds for "change of mind" or if you wish to cancel after the campaign is live.
No Refunds for slow delivery speeds as long as growth is occurring (due to the organic nature of the service).
Refunds Permitted ONLY If: We fail to start your order within 72 hours of payment verification, or if 0% delivery occurs after 10 business days.

Link Updates & Modifications
To maintain stability in our marketing campaigns:
Free Update: You may change your target link ONE time for FREE within the first 12 hours of the order becoming active.
Paid Updates: Any updates after 12 hours, or subsequent updates, will incur a service fee of Rs. 500.
Limit: A maximum of 2 link updates are allowed per order lifetime.

Limitation of Liability
WhatsBoost.lk shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
Account Bans: While we use safe methods, WhatsApp's policies can change. You assume all risk regarding your group/channel status. If your group is banned, we are not liable to refund the service fee.
User Behavior: We are not responsible for the actions or comments of users who join your group.

Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse service to any group/channel containing:
Illegal content under Sri Lankan law.
Adult/Pornographic material.
Hate speech, harassment, or violence.
Scams, fraud, or Ponzi schemes.
Orders found promoting such content will be terminated immediately without refund.
