Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WhatsBoost.lk, we operate with high integrity. However, due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are granted only in rare circumstances.

Strict No-Refund Policy

Once a marketing campaign has been queued or started, we incur immediate, non-recoverable costs (advertising fees, network distribution, manpower). Therefore, we strictly do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you simply decide to stop the service after it has begun.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund ONLY if:

  • Non-Start: We fail to commence your marketing campaign within 72 hours of verifying your payment.
  • Non-Delivery: We deliver 0% of the ordered members after 10 business days from the start date, provided the issue is on our end.
  • Duplicate Payment: You accidentally paid for the same invoice twice.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Slow Delivery

Real human traffic varies. A delivery taking longer than estimated is not grounds for a refund as long as growth is happening.

Member Drops

If members leave, we offer a Refill Guarantee (re-adding members) upon request, not a cash refund.

User Errors

Providing a broken link, a private group link without approval, or revoking our link mid-campaign.

Policy Violations

If your group is banned for illegal content, scams, or WhatsApp policy violations.

3. The Refund Process

  1. If you believe you are eligible, contact support via WhatsApp with your Order ID.
  2. Our team will investigate the campaign logs (usually takes 24-48 hours).
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from our services.
